Standard printing method is silk-screen. Supply camera-ready in-position artwork (color separated where necessary) in order to avoid additional charges. Layout & art charges will be billed at $45/hr, minimum charge $45. Before preparing camera-ready art, please consult with our Customer Service Department regarding special considerations and layout guides.

Electronic Artwork

We are both Macintosh and PC compatible. Floppy Disk, CD and Zip Disk are all acceptable medias. File formats accepted include (in order of preference):

CorelDRAW! 9.0
Adobe Illustrator 8.0
Macromedia Freehand 8.0
Adobe Photoshop 5.5
Adobe Acrobat 4.0
QuarkXpress 4.0
Adobe PageMaker 6.5
Adobe InDesign 1.5

Please note that all text should be converted to "curves" or "outlines". If the program you are using does not support this, (Quark, PageMaker) you MUST include the fonts to ensure correct printing. In addition to the programs listed above, you may convert artwork to the following graphic formats:

EPS (Encapsulated Postscript)
TIF (Tagged Image Format)

These are the only two graphic file formats that will produce quality results for printing. GIF and JPEG are not acceptable for reproduction.

A Word About Color...

We use PANTONE Matching System (PMS) colors for our printing. Please convert all colors to this system.
